Referral Rewards Program Terms

Terms and Conditions.

1.        Rewards are issued after the referred client signs a construction contract and submits their first payment. (First payment for Tier 1 refers to a paid consultation fee).

2.        There is no limit to how many people you can refer, or how many rewards you can earn.

3.        Only one person may claim a referral per new client — referrals are granted on a first-come, first-documented basis.

4.        Referral rewards cannot be redeemed for cash and must be accepted as gift cards or promotional value.

5.        Property Essentials LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without notice, but all rewards for referrals prior to termination date will be honored.

Who is eligible

- This program is available to past clients, current clients, and professional partners of Property Essentials LLC. - Referrals must be submitted via email (info@propertyessentialsllc.com) prior to the referred client’s first consultation.

- Referring party must be 18 years or older and reside in the U.S.

-Every Door Direct Mail campaign recipients making a referral are eligible, read exception below.

Exception: Those who receive a promotion in the mail who refer a client are eligible for rewards listed below. However, only referrals made within 90 days of the delivered mail date will be eligible. Participants must follow all other stated rules to maintain a valid entry.

What qualifies as a referral

A referral is defined as a new client who:(a).  Has never worked with Property Essentials LLC before, and(b).  Signs a formal project agreement within 3 months of the referral date.

Reward Tiers

You’ll receive a reward for each qualified referral according to the following structure:

Referral results in a project valued at $50,000+	$250 Gift Card (Visa or local business of your choice)
Referral results in a project valued at $100,000+	$500 Gift Card (Visa or local business of your choice)
