A challenge the homeowner faced was remote oversight of the project. Since this is a second home, our client wanted to be up to date and informed on everything surrounding their project.

Our solution was to provide daily photo and text updates/reports, as well as a weekly video walk through with the client. This allowed them to stay in the know throughout the whole process, and make changes before they became problems.

Challenges & Solutions

A minor challenge we faced was matching the remodeled areas trim to the existing trim moldings from when the house was built.

Luckily our problem was solved by partnering with our trusted local lumberyard to identify a near match molding to what was there before.
